Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?


We ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Europe (international shipping rates apply) The majority of our items are shipped in flat rate boxes, and cost approximately $7.00 USD. Large or particularly heavy items will incur slightly higher shipping rates. If express shipping is needed, please indicate in the notes at checkout.




When will my order arrive?


All items on the Mise Marketplace will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days from the purchase date. Most items will arrive on your doorstep 10-14 business days from the purchase date, if not before. If you need express shipping, please indicate in the notes before you purchase.




Do you accept returns?


Yes. The Mise accepts returns and will issue a refund for the item. Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened with all original tags or stickers attached. You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to request a return by emailing contactthemise@gmail.com with a return request and the attachment of your original purchase confirmation email. For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of repacking and shipping the item. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with appropriate padding, package filing and tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. NOTE: packages returned without contacting the Mise beforehand will not be accepted for a refund.

Can I contact an artist for commission work?


Yes! Feel free to email them directly using the contact information they shared in their artist bio. If their email is not listed in their artist bio, email contactthemise@gmail.com with your request, and we will reach out on your behalf. A few notes on Commission Work: - Be prepared with an idea of what you are hoping to have the artist design or make, and a timeline in which you would like to have a finished product. Plan the very minimum of six to eight weeks in advance of the date you would like an item, but a safer bet is four to six months in advance of your personal due date to make sure both you and the artist have enough time for creation and revision. - You are paying for an artists design and creation time. Make sure you are willing to invest in a truly excellent artist and one of a kind work. - Once you have agreed to work together, the Mise strongly recommends creating and signing a basic contract that outlines your plans and holds everyone accountable. When do you update your online shop?


The Marketplace is updated as artists finish their work - in respect to their indepence, we usually agree on a 3-4 day window in which they will complete their work and send it our way. Check the Mise Community page for updates on when items will be ready and what is on it's way to the shop.




I've added an item to my cart, but it is now sold out.


The decisive bird gets the worm, my friend. Not to worry - the Mise is updated often with new items from artists. With nothing ever exactly the same, you'll be sure to find the perfect original artwork next time. You're always welcome to reach out to a particular artist and ask for commission work, or to see if they are willing to make an item similar to one that has already been sold.
